As part of Calne Town Council’s staff development programme in 2011, the Council opted for a team building mission to produce three short films reflecting the work of the Council and its many achievements.
Staff, ranging from officers to admin support, ground staff to custodians, were split into three teams and each one given the task of producing a short film.
MLCM provided the technical support and guidance, but the ideas and the way each team worked together was down to them.
The result was three very different films.
In this example , the group opted for telling their story using still images – the end result was so good it reduced the town clerk to tears – for all the right reasons of course!
