Short film featuring several arts groups and organisations based in Wiltshire keen to argue the need for a well-funded arts programme across the county.
The interviews and actuality were gathered over four days and the film edited over a similar period of time. Actuality, pre-existing footage and still pictures were provided by the arts groups featured.
WAP required a fairly speedy turnaround in order to have the film ready to show County Councillors – it formed part of a presentation made to the local authority which argued the need for continued arts funding in Wiltshire.
